What do I need for the whole setup?

In addition to the conchos you want, you will need to purchase a set of sp*hers (the wire), as wells as a set of straps in your color of choice (to hold the sp*her in place on your shoes). Once you have a set of sp*hers and straps, you can interchange your conchos if you have multiple designs.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping in the US with USPS. In stock conchos are shipped the next day and take 2-3 business days to arrive. All special orders and custom conchos take 2-3 weeks to arrive.

Do you accept returns?

Accepted Answer

Due to the amount of time designing, proofing, and creating the conchos, sphers, and straps, we do not accept returns or refunds (see damage exceptions). We spend many hours making sure each piece is created perfectly down to every detail.

What if my order arrived damaged?

In the rare occurrence that any of your items arrived damaged, send us an email at sphersllc21@gmail.com with pictures and a description of the damage. Damage needs to be reported within 7 days of receiving your order to be approved for a replacement.
